The JB-9 JetPack is a jet turbine powered backpack that is capable of vertical takeoff and landing. It is powerful enough to lift the pilot quickly to thousands of feet above the ground but small enough to fit into the trunk of a car. It is inherently stable but also capable of very dynamic maneuvers.
Early testing of the next version, JB-10, indicates that it will achieve altitudes of over 10,000 feet at speeds of more than 100 mph with an endurance of 10 minutes plus. Find out more at JetPack Aviation.
